When speaking to the manager they confirmed that they do not make the gluten free base they instead opt for buying them in.
Upon asking about cross contamination the manager did not seem to understand the associated risks describing that the oven is 300+ degrees and that was enough to kill the gluten, more worryingly they also confirmed that they cook the food in the same oven with no tray as such everything is cooked in the exact came surface gluten or not.
