The pasta offered is cooked in the same water as the wheat pasta And also cooked ahead and stored then recooked in water that had regular pasta again.
Dude I talked to had no idea what was up...absolutely zero. Didn’t know how the food was made, didn’t know how the pizza was made and worse didn’t care. I’m surprised he even knew where his head was. That’s enough to not eat there.
Really good pizza, but server looked at me like I had two heads when I said the word “celiac” and said “what’s that?” Made me nervous and in hindsight I should have cancelled the order. Low and behold I had bone pain and numbness after eating, symptoms I only get from gluten.

It's nice to see a place make an effort to make a gf pizza. The pizza was great but small & thin. It is the size of a regular sized paper plate for 12.99! ouchy. But its good if you don't feel like fixing your own.
Amazing local restaurant with fresh ingredients and AMAZING gluten free pizza! They truly understand GF - ingredients, cross contamination, etc...I am Celiac and very sensitive and I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick!
Fantastic gluten free pizza! And very reasonably priced! I drive all the way across town anytime I'm craving pizza because it's by far the best gluten free pizza around!
They sent me a "normal" pizza instead if the gluten free one I ordered.

Just finished eating a gluten free pizza with no processed food! Only fresh vegetables, fresh baked chicken it was fantastic! We haven't been to Bella Roma's since we went gluten free a year ago - had no idea they offer gluten free pizza. It was so good we bought a second duplicate pizza and took it home for later. You can' go wrong.
Great service and affordable compared to other gf pizza options. My pizza took a few minutes since I came in to order it Togo. I did not order a drunk but since I was waiting I was given a cup by the owner. The gf pizza itself was phenomenal! Will definitely be back to satisfy my pizza cravings.
