Terrible experience! I did all the right things confirming my pizza was gluten free. But, typically the waiter didn’t pay attention and I ended up sick within 10 minutes of eating a piece of pizza. The base was gf, but put through the normal pizza oven, as the waiter “assumed” that I just wanted to eat gluten free. I complained and they apologised, offered me water to help me get better and the pizza was complimentary.

I got glutened very badly here. Waiter was not paying attetnion to my gf requests despite the fact that I told.him I get VERY sick if I eat gluten. The waiters only concern was us leaving a 5 star review online and mentioning his name! I think waiters being rewarded if there names mentioned in reviews. Meanwhile my stomach and gut are in agony! Also this place is extremely expensive.

Went for their recently opened breakfast dining. The GF toast isn’t under the usual extras space on the menu so I asked our lovely server and yes they could! It is one slice of undercooked soggy mess under my smashed avo. And for this GF toast I was charged $10 on top of the normal $22 price with sourdough toast. Thought that had to be a mistake but no. I was informed this by an extremely rude women it wasn’t and she goes to a bakery in nindery every week to get the bread. Well at $10 a slice does the bread cost you $100! Or more! Plus what I paid full price for the smashed avo dukkah on sourdough. Shame on you Bella venezia.
We were served by an amazing waiter named Marco who was very knowledgeable about coeliac disease. There was a range of gluten free options (pizza, pasta, deserts) available. We also had a vegan in our group and they had an entire vegan menu. Definitely a great place if you have a few people with dietary requirements.
