The staff clearly did not know what gluten free means. I was told that the hot chocolate was safe because it was made with water not milk. I was told chocolate ice cream was not gluten free but when I asked for a label there was no gluten or “contains” ingredients. There was only 1 gluten free mini muffin available which my son did not like the flavor. He had eggs from the cook to order omelet station. Disappointing. Especially when it cost $200 for 2 kids and 2 adults to eat the buffet there.
