I went there because I was in the area and had no choice. The pizza was very good (good crust) and they used a separate pizza cutter. They do bake in same oven but that doesn't bother my daughter or I (we are both celiacs). The only negative is the price. It's $20 for a personal pie.

Put the pizza on the same surface in the same oven as their regular pies and was annoyed that we questioned it as safe since they cook gluten items in that oven. The person behind the counter said they always do it that way and he wasn't going to argue with us. $23 for a 12 inch pie that was not safe. Not happy with their precautions or attitude. Some folks are just not interested in learning and therefore cannot be counted on the be celiac safe.

They offer GF options and pizza. The pizza is good but the dough is not a favorite.

Good lord this is expensive pizza Came to $19 for a 9 inch pizza with just one topping.
Gf margarita pie is delicious. I was approached by the manager and assured that they minimize the risk of cross contamination as much as possible. They educate their staff and they're very friendly. Add in the price is pretty great ($13 for gf baked ziti, I used to pay 14 from my local pizzeria for regular baked Ziti!)
