Review of Belle's BBQ & Burgers

Belle's is a family-run, southern-style BBQ and burger restaurant. The owner is a retired nurse and her daughter has food allergies. Her son does the cooking. You order at the counter and pay, and they bring you the food. They took the time with me to check the ingredients on one of the few items made with a mix, and reported it unsafe. They also washed down the prep area and prepared my food separately. The meats, sauces and most of the sides are GF. If the rattlesnack and rabbit brat, BBQ beans, coleslaw and beef brisket are any indication, the food is top shelf - and I'm a brisket snob.
