Everywhere you go at Beloved will have some gluten free options. They take it seriously so I can’t imagine anyone getting sick from gluten here. However, it’s the worst tasting food I’ve ever had. The breads are gummy and inedible. This applies to pizza crust, hamburger bun, etc. All Caffetto had was some wrapped cookies that were void of flavor and had the texture of sand. When I asked about the macarons and chocolates, they said only the awful cookies were gluten free. Cafetto had numerous gelatos that appeared gluten free until they purposely dumped baked goods onto all of them in the freezer case. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and that comes with a special dinner. My dessert was plain whipped cream piped on a plate with 2 strawberry slivers that didn’t even add up to half a strawberry. They made no effort at anything special to accommodate. At least they have options. But what good is it if the quality is so poor you don’t want it?

Amazing experience! The staff are well aware of gluten allergy/celiac disease. They know about cross contamination and will help you accordingly. I just brought my own corn chip and corn tortillas and I was all set for the week. Theirs can have cross contamination from what the chef on site knows.
