Staff was knowledgeable. The selection was limited to a couple of items. The Cobb salad with grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, goddess dressing... it had a great flavor profile and was a generous serving.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Although the staff was nice and tried to accommodate, both the wings and tortilla chips are not fried in a dedicated fryer.

Staff was very knowledgeable they told me they could basically make anything gluten free but it may take a little longer because they prepare in separate area. They had some gf ciders and beer.

Went to this place and they did not have any gluten free rolls, appetizers, or beer. However, they offered to substitute any bread with a lettuce wrap. Also the prices are kind of high.

While the night I went there they did not have any appetizer options that were safe for me, because they only had one fryer working which also was used for breaded items, the waitress checked and confirmed potential cross contamination. They did have safe options in the entrees and the salads were pretty and it was interesting to have the option for adding pan fried trout to any salad. The trout skin was crispy just as it is supposed to be. The cider options filled an entire page in the menu and they even had a few gluten free beer selections.

Wow. Knowledgable staff, lots of GF cider/beer, amazing GF food-including GF hot wings and GF cheesecake! Great find in downtown Huntsville (or anywhere for that matter)!!!

Fantastic food and drink. Has a dozen gf beer and cider listing and carries a dessert from our local gf bakery!
