The Belvedere Inn is one of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster. Plenty of GF options on the menu and the staff is very knowledgeable - they will even make substitutions to make other meals GF. I had the calamari, raspberry caprese salad, sea scallops, and crème brûlée - all absolutely delicious. I felt completely safe ordering here and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!

A good amount of gf options. We had the pork belly, salmon and short rib. The gf deserts were good too.

We have been here many times, and always leave with full and happy bellies. I’m not normal a salad person, but their grilled Caesar salad is astoundingly good, especially if you add grilled chicken. Who would have thought you could grill lettuce? But it works! We often splurge on a pot de crème or crème brûlée for dessert as well. We’ve never had any issues, and the servers are friendly and attentive.

Celiac friendly!! Menu was not labeled but waitstaff was very knowledgeable and went through entire menu with me! I got steamed mussels, veggie risotto, and crab cheese dip with celery instead of bread. ALL GREAT! Really nice classic place to dine

This is by far me and my family's favorite restaurant in Lancaster. The restaurant is in a gorgeous old home in the heart of downtown Lancaster and is elegantly decorated throughout. There is a wonderful outdoor balcony for dining on a gorgeous day and there are two bars (a jazz bar located on the first floor and a larger bar on the second floor that often has entertainment.) They do not have a gluten free menu, however the staff is helpful in steering you through what you can and cannot eat on their seasonal menu. One thing that is consistently on their menu and they are well known for is their grilled ceasar salad. I try ceasar salads everywhere I go and am very picky. This is by far the best ceasar salad I have ever had! The light grilling of the lettuce before serving is just amazing! This is a MUST have! Recently I had their mussels in a garlic white wine broth and they were wonderful! Really, we are never disappointed with our food or service there. I do wish they would offer gluten free bread with the meal, but most restaurants do not, so I can't fault them for that and the rest is just so good that they still deserve five stars!
