We got some chocolates there and I love that they mark all the chocolates that are gf! They do clearly state that they can’t ensure no cross contamination, but as I’m not super sensitive (but I am celiac) I decided to try them and I was totally fine! Their chocolates are such good quality too. Glad I could eat them without worries!

Knowledgeable staff, got ice from freshly made buckets. Tastes great, many gf options.
I like that they had smiley stickers on the flavors that were GF!
The most accommodating ice cream store ever! All flavors are labeled GF and they were knowledgeable and more than willing to get clean scoop and start a new container for my celiac granddaughter! THE BEST!
Gluten free ice cream (clearly labeled) and they’re willing to get a clean scoop from a fresh bucket! The flavor is good, I’ve had better, but they have so many options plenty of other things to try next time.
We were encouraged at first because they told us they had gluten-free cones. However, when we asked which flavors of ice cream were gluten free, the servers had no idea and began to tell us that the ice creams listed as sugar free were the gluten free flavors. The potential for cross contact seemed very high. We left without ordering.

I liked the ice cream so much I came back the next day. The staff were able to tell me which ice cream flavors to avoid and which were okay. They used a napkin to pick up the gluten free ice cream cones, so their hands/gloves never touched it. I got a scoop of the KGB and a scoop of lobster ice cream the first time, both delicious. The second time, I just got lobster ice cream. For the record, yes, it has real lobster meat in the ice cream. It sounds weird, but it's delicious, like a sweet cream ice cream. I wish I could have taken a tub of lobster ice cream home with me.
Many of the staff were in training and didn’t know if certain flavors were gluten free, so they went in the back and asked. They got a new scoop and changed gloves. I always get embarrassed holding up lines to have to ask if something is gluten free, but I really appreciate them helping. They had a bunch of gluten free flavors and we realized later that the flavors are labeled on the door with the allergens.
They have a list of all the ice cream flavors that have gluten in them. Most are gluten free. They have “Joy” gluten free cake cones. Server changed gloves and got a separate scoop. I have coffee heath bar that had huge chunks of heath. Delicious!
In the past they were great, our trip today was a different experience. They have gluten free cones which my daughters were delighted about however the store said they didn't have any gluten free ice cream. We asked, "why would you have Gluten free cones without gluten free ice cream?" The employees response was, "We don't have Gluten free ice cream." I'm disappointed that they wouldn't go an extra step to accommodate people who have celiac.
