Dépendant des serveurs que j'ai eu, certains connaissaient bien les options pour coeliaque alors qu'une fois la serveuse m'a dit qu'il n'y a pas d'option.

Ils ont de la farine au sarrasin et du pain sans gluten. Attention à la contamination croisée car tout est cuit sur la même plaque. Par contre ils ont un grille-pain dédié.

Ce n'est pas excellent pour les coeliaques, mais c'est tout-à-fait possible de manger là en remplaçant les patates par des fruits ou salade.
