Benes regular! We love it at Benes, they are always so nice and accommodating about my allergy. Make yourself known as celiac and they will absolutely help you know what on the menu is safe to eat or not! A bunch of items are labeled already, I eat here all the time without any symptoms. A favorite breakfast spot for sure.
