**Edit** unfortunately, sneakily in the night. I had been glutened. I’ll spare you the details but it woke me up from sleep multiple times. This makes me sad as the food had been delicious, but I am sure I ate nothing else that could be possibly gluten that day. I’m willing to acknowledge this could be an accident.
Arrive after a long walk around Boston, we were seated immediately. Our server Jenn was incredibly friendly, and well informed on the menu (especially its gluten free aspect).
She verified any other allergies at the table, and food was brought quickly.
Honestly the best pasta I’ve had since getting diagnosed with celiac, the Alfredo sauce was to die for. I did notice a few of my noodles had that fall apart aspect that GF noodles can have, but it was only 2 bites at best of the the large portions.
Jenn recommended the garlic bread, which was made with in house dough (a sentence that brought a tear to my eye). It needed salt for full flavors, but the thin crust was wonderful as an app and to dip in the Alfredo sauce I got. This also allowed me to get pasta, while still getting a taste of what pizza could be as they use the same dough.
Highly recommended and would come back to Boston for only this meal again, but after being glutened I would be cautious.
