Review of Beneventos

I think this is a very good gluten free option in the North End.

I had homemade gluten free gnocchi with carbonara sauce, the gluten free garlic "bread" and broccoli rabe. The gnocchi were delicious. It's so rare to get homemade gf pasta so this was a real treat. The carbonara was good, a little salty and not traditional, as it was made with cream but still quite good. The garlic bread was crunchy and good but I wouldn't necessarily classify it a bread as it was very thin and crisp. It could have used a touch more garlic seasoning but overall it was good. I shared a side of broccoli rape and it was delicious.

I didn't experience any cross contamination issues at all. The service was great and I'd likely eat here again while visiting Boston
