Good experience. Knowledgeable about Celiac and other allergies and sensitivities. Cooked my food first on clean hibachi before cooking everyone else's. Was able to have salad with oil and vinegar and edamame (delicious). They provided GF soy sauce. Accommodated gluten and dairy allergy and allium sensitivity. Felt safe.
