Review of Beni’s Cubano

Ate here today for lunch as a stop on our vacation. Asked the lady working the counter about gluten-free, and she knew instantly what I was asking and needed. She told be all entree options from the menu are gluten-free. Basically everything not on the sandwich or extra menu. I had the grilled chicken, yellow rice, peppers and onions, black beans (they were amazing), and the plantains. Everything was great, and I have no issues so far. If something was going to effect me, it would immediately make me bloat. I would also have a headache, cramping, and nausea with in a couple hours.
