Super educated and make every effort for no cross contamination. They are honest though saying other bread is around.

There sub rolls can be offered in gluten free but only large which is plenty for two people to share. With request they'll change there gloves. Although it isn't a fully celiac company and prolly wouldn't be safe for someone very sensitive.
