Had lunch. Menu marked for GF and also has a few vegan options. Had good soup and salad options. No GF bread for sandwiches
Ate here for a special meal out. Our server was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. We’d go back in a heartbeat!
Awesome place! Once I asked about the meal being gluten free, Nash had me covered! Brought sesame rice crackers to snack on since the bread isn't gluten free. Went to check on the amazing raspberry chicken special to make sure everything was safe. And of course, the GF chocolate torte was to die for!!! Highly recommend!!!

This farm-to-table restaurant offered numerous gluten free options. I had the Indian Curry, and it was so perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and flavorful, I am looking forward to my next trip to Helena so I can return to Benny’s Bistro!! Highly recommended for gluten free diners.
