I gave this 3 stars because the GF pizza was good, prepared separately and carefully, and the people serving were nice. The place had few customers, but service was extremely slow. I was there with 4 others and my husband got his (gluten) pizza after ~40 min. others got their (gluten) pizzas after he finished (he eats fast). My GF pizza arrived after more than an hour, when we were ready to leave. They apologized, but had given my pizza to the wrong table. If you do go there, allow for a lot of waiting time. I had just a couple of bites before we left, but it tasted good and I didn't get glutened. It is at a truck stop, so slow service is unexpected.

Okay not going to lie I was very skeptical about this place when we pulled up and it was next to truck stop. But boy was I wrong we told the server we were celiac and they took our gluten free needs very seriously! They prepared everything separately in the back for us and made sure we had a safe gluten free meal. We had great pizzas and desert pizza! Overall great experience.

I told them I had a wheat allergy. They let me know they’d prep all my food separately in the back with fresh ingredients. I have had no problems and eat here about once or twice a month.

Amazing gf pizza and also the only place I have found gf desert pizza! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about avoiding cross contamination.
FANDANGTASTIC gfree pizza...AND.....Wait for it.....DESSERT PIZZA TOO!! Yes, you read this right peeps, I just ate my first dessert pizza in over 9 years! after I ate nearly a full gfree Enders Choice, and it's the best happily-over-full-distended-tummy-from-awesome-food-overindulgence I've had in a long while! for those freaking about the shared surface in the brick oven, fear no more, for my fellow celiac compatriot and I both over indulged without problems and we are both very sensitive to cross contamination. I did some research and at 900° any crumbs or particles are turned to ash, completely destroying the gluten (https://theceliacscene.com/900-degree-wood-fired-pizzeria-sets-celiac-scene-on-fire/). while there is always a possibility of an issue (not a separate prep area) they use clean paddles and purchase gfree crusts (not Udis cardboard), and their staff follow safe handling practices so your pizza doesnt touch a common surface until it's in the oven. You also get to watch then make it through the full glass prep area right up front which makes me feel confident!! We know the family, and Ben is always out and about talking with customers and ensuring all are satisfied! I wish we lived closer because we would be regulars!!! it's so hard to find safe places to eat and business owners who truly care and make the effort to provide an awesome experience for the gfree clubbers!!
