Review of Ben's Meat and Deli

The owner himself if celiac and is constantly looking for new companies with new gluten free foods. Staff is always super friendly and the food is amazing! Not only do they have an amazing selection of frozen gluten free food, they have meats and dedicated gluten free take out items such as sandwiches, fries/poutine, and even MINI DONUTS!!!!
