Review of Bento Sushi and Japanese Foods

Bento sushi were great - the guy behind the counter was knowledgable of celiac and said that the gluten free salmon sushi was cut with the same knife as the non GF, so he made me a fresh roll and cleaned the equipment he was using first. Awesome service!
