Have a full non-gluten menu available on the website for the food hall. There are multiple places to eat inside that have gluten free labelled in the menu. I personally had a salad, the woman was very aware of coeliac and made the salad in front of me. Have previously had cakes there. Have not had any issues with cross contamination.
