The staff was very kind and knowledgeable when I explained my food allergies. I spoke with the owner, who helped me create a custom GF/dairy free pizza. She double-checked ingredients with me and carefully ensured my pizza had no cross contamination (cooked in the pan and not on the stone, cut with fresh tools).
The pizza was the best I've had since going GF 12 years ago. The crust was fluffy and chewy and crispy in all the right ways, and the sauce and toppings had great flavor. I would *gladly* order this again!
