Review of Bergham - St Laurent

I ordered a poutine and a tropical shake, they were great! They were super accommodating. Their poutine is made in its own area in the kitchen, so the fryer is dedicated to fries. Though one employee didn’t really know about gluten, one of the cooks came out and talked to me about cross-contamination measures. As for the smoothie, some of them contain Oreos or kitkats, but the person who made it used a clean blender and let me check the ingredients for everything. I love that if a staff member wasn’t sure about something being safe for me, they would immediately check instead of assuming it’s probably gluten-free.
