Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and voluntarily asked the kitchen staff about fryer cross contamination when I indicated I was gluten free. (In this instance, the deep fried tofu was fried in a shared fryer).
— Somewhat
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
— Most/All
Got the Pumpkin curry and edamame. Slight cross contamination, but I’m not dying.
— Not very
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Some
— Good
Great food! Celiac safe if you ask for gluten free.
Yes
Nothing is labeled on their menu anymore, wait staff seem completely clueless when you say the word gluten.
really not my style to write negative reviews, but for food allergies this needs to be taken seriously. the servers and hosts have no idea what gluten is. several items listed in menu as being gluten free. all of them arrived at table with deep fried flour chips as topping which were not listed on the menu. red flag. should have left at that point, but ate the rest against better judgement. became ill shortly after. food was also very bland, so not recommend overall for gluten intolerant or people who like flavorful food.
No
Decent food, good menu, and the folks on the floor and in the kitchen clearly try to cater carefully to you; they understand that it's fine to use fish sauce but not soy sauce, for example (yes, I understand soy sauce can be virtually gluten-free, but I'd rather not chance it). Very friendly service, to.
My pad Thai was ok. But they advised me not to get tofu because it's fried in pans that gluten was fried in. I would definitely go back and try other dishes.
clearly marked menu
gluten free menu is clearly marked and the staff was awesome.
