Much of the menu is naturally gluten free, and the staff is extremely informed about their food and wine, including cross-contamination. While the fryer is shared and they rotate their menu often, Bernhardts is all about their rotisserie chicken, and as a celiac, I could have almost everything: their signature chicken, divine roast potatoes, lots of salad and vegetable options, (even the gravy is gluten free!). Because this is a small restaurant, they took care with each order, and separated out buns and dairy items for my GF/DF table. Did not get sick, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in months.
