Dedicated storage space for items in kitchen separate from gluten containing items, including separate fridge. All GF orders are cooked in clean pan separately (do not use common fryer). Lots of selection. Staff very knowledgeable and chef willing to assist and accommodate.

Server was knowledgeable about GF options, and there is a good variety marked on the menu. (Pasta & Burgers have GF substitution options) Unfortunately there are no GF options for beer, and I was told fries are cooked in the same fryer as everything else.

Edited a few days later: I think I got some cross-contamination while eating here.
