Staff very helpful and willing to accommodate to avoid cross contamination. Chef will use separate pans instead of grill for dishes. They grab fresh toppings to make sure there is not cross contamination. Fryer is used for fries, chips, and plantains. Tested Chilaquiles for gluten using Nima and they came back OK to eat!!!!
