Bertucci's has a "gluten sensitive" menu. I called ahead to ask what precautions they take for cooking pizza and the person I spoke with said that the chefs use frozen cauliflower crust and cook it on a clean sheet in the oven. They also use different utensils to dole out the sauce and cut the pizza. However, my actual waitress said the food is better for people who are sensitive and not celiac. I ate the pizza anyway and seemed to be fine, but I'm also not particularly sensitive to cross-contact. I would recommend calling ahead and asking your waiter/waitress lots of questions.
