Review of Besame Steamboat

The dedicated GF fryer is still down. If it wasn’t, this would be a 5-star review. It was disappointing to have limitations at a place that looks like it’s normally a GF paradise. However, my wife had the Thai Red Curry, and she said it was one of the best meals she’s had in the last year. I had it too (it’s also DF/EF) and agree! We’re going to have to plan another trip to Steamboat just to eat here again. We also had the shishito peppers, and they were easily the best we’ve ever had. We ordered them without cheese. This place felt really safe, and neither of us got sick or felt crummy. Fingers crossed they’ll fix the fryer soon! However, it didn’t sound like it was going to be fixed soon. I recommend calling ahead.
