Bountiful breakfast buffet that didn’t have very many GF options. When I asked a server about celiac safe foods, he pointed out a few things that didn’t have gluten ingredients (scrambled eggs) and others that did (potatoes covered in flour), but he made no mention of the celiac safe options that a tiny sign we found later had cited, nor did he seem to have knowledge of cross contamination measures. I think you can eat here with caution with celiac, but maybe take the effort to find someone knowledgeable and be inquisitive.
