Tofu bowl is a great option, as their burritos use flour tortillas. Gluten-free items DO share an oven, but gloves are changed, and dough prep is kept separate. GF baked goods are stored and displayed above conventional treats to avoid crumbs too. Crew is fairly knowledgeable, and several staff members have Celiac's or are sensitive. Cannot guarantee baked goods are Gluten-free, but their drinks are. Oat milk is certified GF, and all syrups are house made.
