100% gluten free facility! I had a detox bowl and the loaded hemp hummus. The portions were really filling and food was good. The Collective is a good choice if you’re eating with a variety of eaters, because they can all choose their preferred restaurant. I liked having vegan and gluten free options.

Beth makes the most incredible GF/vegan/free range etc meals. Pure magic and I always feel So great after eating her foods.

If you are trying to eat AIP or just refrain from gluten this place is awesome. She is so knowledgeable. It’s nice to be able to order flavorful food without worry. I’m not celiac - I try to eat GF DF and nightshade free.

INCREDIBLE all gluten free menu. The kimchi is sooo good. The food is flavorful and healthy and the tea is delicious. Go eat here and support this wonderful local restaurant!
