They take allergies seriously and the manager came to our table to go through the menu with me. He said that they go through the order in the kitchen and the cooks change their gloves, knives and cooking services. Before my entree comes out to the table the server, manager and cooks go through the order to make sure that everything is safe to eat. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they have been this cautious and careful.

Amazing service. Manager came to the table to explain everything I could and couldn’t have. Really knowledgeable about ingredients even what table sauces I could have as they are made in house. Was told the order with the waiter would be checked again by the manager to make sure I’d ordered suitable food. Was told they change gloves, surface areas and make clean to avoid cross contamination. Felt such at ease and not an inconvenience.

I have the pulled pork on gf roll and creamed corn. It was delicious.

I am gluten free and the manager was very friendly and helpful. They are great with gluten allergies especially if one’s celiac. The cooks change their gloves and use different utensils when preparing your meal. They are great and will definitely be coming back again

Dinner on a busy Friday night. I have multiple food allergies, which the restaurant was able to accommodate. The manager came over to walk time through what I could and shouldn’t order based on ingredients. Delicious food, excellent service, and we weren’t rushed through dinner.

This meal was a ‘be back’ from previous visits to the beach, and we’ll return again.

had a fantastic experience here! ordered online carryout and each individual menu item had a space where you could mark any dietary needs. got two things that my girlfriend with celiac wasn’t interested in (so we didn’t mark them with dietary restrictions) and they put them in a separate bag which they wrote “non-allergy” on in all caps on both sides.

I had the crab cake, half rack ribs, deviled eggs, and 2 sides. They don’t have a GF menu so when I said I had celiac, a manager came out and explained what was safe, which sauces were ok, which to avoid, and what protocols were in place to prevent cross-contamination. Because my spouse and I were sharing plates, they prepared both of ours with GF protocols, and special “allergy” markers were placed in the dishes to mark them. Our order was marked for kitchen staff also. I was sad that I couldn’t have anything fried or any desserts, but there were so many delicious options that it didn’t mar my experience.

I have eaten here 10+ times successfully. First time I went I told the server I had a gluten allergy and got to speak to the manager who was SO knowledgeable and explained everything I could have, and the list was extensive. Fantastic service! When I asked for a GF menu the waitress stated the manager would be over to speak with me. The first thing the manager asked was whether I had celiac. She then went over the menu with me and answered my questions. I had the best beef brisket I’ve had in my life! Can’t wait to return!

The manager was called over by the server, and she was VERY helpful and knowledgeable!!! She gave me so many options!!! All of the bbq was safe, and there was one of the two sauces that was safe. THEY HAVE GF CRAB CAKES!!!!!!! There were so many things to choose from! I ate soooo much!!! Very friendly and helpful staff all around. (And the crab cakes were delicious! It’s been 5 years since I’ve had them because that’s when I stopped eating gluten!)

Pretty good food. The manager had to explain what was gf on the menu which was a nice personal service but required me to remember everything he said when making a choice. He did say he personally verifys the chef wears new gloves and cooks everything separately. He seemed knowledgeable. Able to get a crab cake because they don't add cake to theirs. Didn't get sick.

Was told all BBQ items are gluten free, however, nothing from the from the fryer is safe as usual.
