I can’t speak for much of the menu because I only had some drinks and then the chips and queso. The chips are fried separately and the queso does not have wheat. It was excellent and a great mid afternoon snack. The bartender was able to answer my questions or ask the chef about the chips and queso being gluten free. I’ll have to go back and try their regular menu!
