They are a grocery/vitamin shop that has added a deli cafe in the back. Gluten free burgers ( grass fed beef, turkey, or bison) are offered, as are veggie sandwiches. Raw juice bar and fresh smoothies are also available. Several workers also live gluten free, so they know about cross contamination issues and work hard to prevent it.

Note: Have now gone here several times and have noticed that when serving deli salads out of the showcase, they always use clean spoons for each salad/customer, so cross contamination is minimized. Ingredients are clearly listed on tags as well as allergen alerts. They also have a soup and salad bar. Soups are listed as vegan, dairy free, gluten free, etc to make buying decisions much easier. Have not been glutened here even once... Love this place!
