Review of Betty's Bakery and Uncle Bill's Deli & Grill

The kitchen has designated space for gluten free cooking. They use Udi's bread for sandwiches and even created a gluten free vegetarian sandwich for me that is amazing! The cupcakes are fresh and delicious, but do NOT leave without a piece of their gf chocolate chip banana bread! It is the best thing ever with a good cup of coffee!
