Didnt change gloves. Staff weren’t aware what celiac is.
I understand it’s my responsibility to inform them but a complete while in knowledge makes it unsafe and can’t recommend.
I did specify I was celiac so I assumed they would have taken more precautions, but I assumed wrong.

Absolutely not celiac-safe. Would not recommend at all - not sure why it’s so highly rated. They have no idea about cross contamination, staff didn’t appear to change gloves or clean spaces. Everything was being touched. Luckily, I was able to cancel my order because it took 30 mins and they kept forgetting about it. After watching them handling the food because they took so long, thank god I didn’t have to throw it out!

They gave the standard shared-kitchen disclaimer when I said I am coeliac, but they also confirmed that they use dedicated fryers and would cook my bun on a different grill. The bun was DELICIOUS- soft and fluffy, the chips were great, and the meal was really cost effective.

Review above mentions the Shroom Burger, but I was told this was not GF when I asked (25/10/2022). Be careful if ordering.
I went there with my two Coeliac kids and they were much more diligent and knowledgeable on Coeliac than our local Betty’s. We had no worries after too.

Dedicated chip fryer. 👍 Dedicated preparation space if you tell them about your GF (Celiac) needs. 👍 Pretty good GF bun. I had no issues/reactions eating here. Food is good, but not amazing.

Gf food is prepared in a separate area and there is a dedicated gf fryer. The gf bun was Excellent. The whole burger and fries were very tasty. Have visited 2 locations 3 times this week and never got a reaction. I enjoyed each thing- tge classic, the deluxe, and tge shroom burger and fries and shake.

Offers GF burger bun and most burgers are gluten free (as are the fries). Food is labelled as low gluten but staff were knowledgeable and helpful about cc. I had a grilled chicken burger and fries which was delicious 😋

I had a good experience here! Despite a longer line, the staff took the time to explain their allergen protocols after I said I had celiac disease including changing gloves, cleaning the surface down, and agreeing to make my GF burger in a separate area. I got fries, a burger, and a milkshake! She even confirmed that the blender for making my milkshake would be clean and have no cross contact. It felt good to be able to enjoy that meal again. However, this is a chain restaurant so please use caution!
