Apparently they now wrap the wraps in tinfoil and change utensils. 🤞 but hopeful.
Almost everything is gluten free. Very friendly and accommodating. Although they have gluten free wraps, what makes the wraps NOT Celiac Safe is using the same utensils to spread toppings (mayo, hummus etc.) And then placing the utensils back into the containers with the toppings. Unfortunately that is a BIG Cross Contamination problem when those same utensils are used for gluten containing wraps.. We will only be back for smoothies..
Knowledgeable staff. Safe GF practices. All wraps can be made GF. And they are excellent!! All Beyond Juice bottled juices, which are delicious and not weird, are clearly labeled GF. Generous enough portions of both food and drink that I saved half for dinner. Very, very good selection of single-serving Michigan-made snacks that I haven’t found elsewhere. Most are GF and many have a decent amount of protein so I stocked up for travel and post-work-out. Juices, smoothies, wraps and salads. A cut above the rest, with friendly service. Eat in or take out. 4th driveway on the left eastbound on Cole from Eton. Turn in and look for it two thirds of the way down on your right, easy parking (yea!).
Manager has relatives that are celiac. All smoothies are pretty much GF. They have a GF wrap. They do grill the wrap in the same panini as the ones with gluten. Opt for no panini. The GF wrap does have grill marks already on it though. It threw me off for a bit. They do have other GF baked goods, but I have not tried them. The manager said his relatives eat them all the time. Smoothies and food are really good.
