Update 11/14/14 - This place has CLOSED. They have an Udis sign right on the front door. Order taker knowledgable of what sauces (mojo) are not GF and which fries are GF ( regular only).
Good burgers, staff knowledgeable about gf. Gf buns and dedicated fryer. Kids were so happy to be able to eat a burger and fries.
good options knowledgeable staff
GF buns and a dedicated fryer
No one really seemed to get the concept of celiac. Probably fine for gf but a little iffy for celiac
good gluten free buns and gluten free fries, staff are knowledgeable and helpful
Cashier did not listen to or address any concerns when I inquired about gluten free options. After ignoring these warning signs and placing an order for a lettuce wrap, my meal came with a bun. The manager who attempted to hand me the meal apologized, and the cashier said "my bad." I do not recommend for those of us with celiac.
They did offer a gluten free bun but it wasn't very fresh. They do NOT have a dedicated fryer for the fries. We tried the restaurant today because we had a coupon for buy one burger, get one free but several restrictions with it (had to buy burger with two drinks, couldn't be included with a meal, etc)
Staff is knowledgeable about gluten. Several varieties for burgers and sandwiches to include wrap, bowl, or Udi's bun. Had both the bowl and bun both were very good. Dedicated fryer for fries which are excellent. I have eaten there twice and not gotten sick. Better than other so called gf burger chains. Strongly recommend.
Ordered off the Gluten Free Menu. Lettuce wrapped burger. They mixed up the toppings on mine with my husbands. Toppings that didn't even make sense! They put fried onions and a fried egg on a burger with pineapple and avocado? Didn't realize until I took a bite (my fault) but I got SO sick. Staff is NOT knowledgeable, even though they have a "GF" menu. Manager was apologetic and gave us our money back and store credit. Won't be returning though...
