My entire family loves this restaurant (we go at least once per week)!! There are so many ingredient choices, so there is something for everyone. You start by choosing a base (rice, sweet potato noodles, lettuce, etc.), then there are about 15 topping options (black beans, potatoes, tons of veggies, pineapple, etc.), then you choose a protein (steak, tofu, chicken, etc.) and finally a sauce (teriyaki, yum yum, sesame ginger, sriracha, etc.). It is an absolute gift to have so many choices, yet not have to worry about gluten in a single one!! Bonus - if you have a sweet tooth, we also love the (gluten free) Snickerdoodle cookies you can buy at the register when checking out.

I'm highly sensitive to gluten and was able to eat here. It's a fun Asian inspired take on chipotle, with everything at the restaurant being gluten free. Quick note the cookies do have oats, so if you are sensitive to oats avoid them.

Bibibop is such an amazing restaurant chain. Dedicated gluten free, healthy, and fast. They have a deal if you order on their app where you can get a drink, bowl, and cookie for $10. Highly recommend!
