Wanted to make an updated review since the last one was from 2020. Ask for Food allergies list for gluten, nuts, egg, msg. Not a dedicated space but staff are knowledgeable and inclusive of as many safe practices as they can given it's not a dedicated kitchen space for gf.
Food is not marked but each individual meal comes on it's own tray so you don't have to worry about cross contamination from others at the table.
Meats can be adjusted to be dry to be safe.
Chicken white sauce is gf (but contains eggs), Championship red sauce is NOT gf - it has soy sauce in it.
Great brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, and coleslaw.
