Everything is gluten free except for sandwich buns and maybe a dessert or two. The owners do have a family member with a gluten allergy, so they were very knowledgeable and helpful. And the food was DELICIOUS! It’s quite the unicorn to find a place this good with food allergy knowledge in rural central Illinois. Go to Big Cats Bowls!!
Amazing! I’ve done their lunch but I love their meal prep option they do for the week. The meals and desserts change each week and they’re always great. It’s sad that I can’t go anywhere in this town to enjoy myself but I can enjoy this!
owners have family that eat gluten free and all items they make are gluten free. many options are also keto friendly. my daughter loves their rice bowls that can be made to anyone tastes. Her favorite is the taco bowl. They are only open during lunch hours but have many options in their fridge section during the store they are ins normal hours. Also has online website ordering for weekly meals. Great place for anyone just happens to be amazing for including gluten free!
