The service asked if we had any dietary restrictions and I told her of my celiac. She went to the kitchen and printed out a sheet of the allergens in each of the dishes. She herself did not seem to be very knowledgeable about what was safe on the menu. This process did take a long time, but it was helpful. Unfortunately, I did have a small reaction, so there may have been cross contamination.
