I confirmed with the waitress that anything that goes in the fryer is NOT celiac safe. I asked specifically about the tortilla chips since chips and queso was labeled GF on the menu but the chips are fried in the same fryer as everything else. I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken instead of shrimp. My waitress was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with confidence, and made a note for the kitchen. My salad came out with bread on top and she sent it back and apologized reassuring me they made a completely new salad. The food was just ok. Eat at any Big Grove location with caution as they label their menu based on ingredients alone without considering cross contact.
