I didn't really feel safe eating here. The server didn't know how to handle my allergy, which is totally fine! She instantly asked the manager. However, even the manager didn't seem to understand the allergy. My family asked about gluten free appetitizers, since the menu said a lot of things that aren't marked gf can be easily modified. The manager told me anything with chips was fine. When I asked if the chips were in the same fryer, she said yes, but that shouldn't matter... Needless to say, I don't think they understand what an allergy means. Maybe that specific manager was unaware, but I'm not going back. I didn't get sick, but I got one of the only dishes marked gf that didn't require modification. They did bring it out and said gluten allergy.

Menu items were marked GF for gluten free. I was informed that the curry is 100% gluten free “out of the shipping container” and the other gluten free dishes are modified to be gluten free. To be safe I ordered the curry and asked the waiter to ensure the kitchen staff changed gloves, not use the same utensils, etc... the curry was great, and a full 24 hours later I feel perfectly fine. Looking forward to going back to try more options!

There are GF items marked on the menu and a note that many other items can be made gluten free. Out server was very attentive and communicated with the kitchen to ensure my food was safe. Shrimps and grits was delicious!
