Hit or miss. Had a yummy steak salad here once with a very informed waitress who understood the ins and outs of celiac (glove changes, etc) and was happy to cook the steak in a separate pan.
Came back a second time, ordered the same thing, and a different waitress told me it would be impossible to cook the steak GF as it had to be prepared on the shared cooktop. I requested it be cooked in a separate pan and she said she’d ask the chef, but no promises. She did not clarify if it had been cooked in a separate pan or not upon bringing it out. I ate it anyway because my first experience here was good… and got sick. :(
