Review of Big Mike's Baking Company

Big Mike is an accomplished athlete and businessman who has now also conquered the world of gluten free baking. It is a dedicated gluten free facility making it 100% celiac friendly. The lemon blueberry muffin was amazing, and my wife had a coconut bar that had crumbled chocolate chip cookies as a base. It tasted like a decadent mounds bar. Don't miss this bakery if you are gluten free. Plus, food is available too.
