Review of Big Mike's Baking Company

I'm so happy to have found Big Mike's Bakery! I was able to enjoy a Belgian waffle with fresh fruit for the first time since I became gluten intolerant--what a treat!

The waffle was delicious and my friend, who is not GF, said her omelette was delicious, too. Too bad I don't live in this area, because I would definitely join the people who were stopping for lunch or a treat to take home.
