I recently found out that I was gluten intolerant and I have found it difficult to find good alternatives to the food I had been eating before. I really appreciate that the big mill offers gluten free crust to any pizza and gluten free bread to any sandwich. The crust still tasted great. I haven’t tried the sandwich bread yet, but that will be next.
